The Backyard Competition is back by popular demand in 2010. All GBA teams are invited to cook against our local backyard teams on Friday night. The categories will be chicken drumettes and "From the Water." Entry fee for each category will be $25. GBA teams may sign up and pay for this ancillary event when they check in on Friday, Nov. 12. Whisky Bent will be back on the main stage Saturday night this year. The Kelly Hart Band headlines Friday night. Saturday afternoon will feature the M.C.O.E. Army Band. Pig Fest and the City of Richland will recognize the Third Batallion for their service in Iraq on Saturday, as well. It's Veteran's Day weekend, so the gesture is perfectly timed. Prize Money for Each Category:
First Place - $500

Second Place - $300

Third Place - $150

Fourth Place - $50

(Trophies for 1 - 4, medallions for 5 - 10)

First Place - $100
